College Testing Center (CTC) includes any individual employed by, working on behalf of, or representing College Testing Center, as well as all of its affiliates and locations. Although students may take courses through CTC as part of earning a degree from a University that CTC works in coordination with, CTC and those universities are separate and independent organizations. Participation in programs or services offered by CTC does not create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between CTC and those universities.

    1. Enrollment and Fees (required)

Graduation from any university that CTC works in coordination with is contingent upon the applicant's successful submission of all required application materials, acceptance by the university, formal enrollment, payment of all applicable fees, and fulfillment of all academic and administrative requirements set forth by any university that CTC works in coordination with. Any university that CTC works in coordination with, reserves the right to modify its degree requirements at any time. Such modifications may include, but are not limited to, the addition of new course requirements, curriculum adjustments, and changes in tuition or fee structures. Students are solely responsible for complying with any and all such changes, regardless of whether these changes occur after initial enrollment. CTC assumes no responsibility or liability for any changes instituted by any university that CTC works in coordination with. Furthermore, CTC shall not be held accountable for any additional costs, delays in graduation, or other consequences resulting from modifications made by any of those universities. Students who require program changes due to their own actions, inactions, or academic performance will be individually responsible for meeting any resulting requirements or obligations.

    2. Registration Fee (required)

If a student does not complete any required testing or coursework for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, the student will be considered inactive. Upon returning after this period of inactivity, the student will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee equal to the current registration fee in effect at the time of re-enrollment. This fee must be paid before the student may resume or continue their program.

    3. Graduate School/Professional School Acceptance (required)

CTC does not accept responsibility for, nor does it guarantee, that students will be accepted into any graduate programs, professional schools, or will obtain employment following graduation. Students who intend to pursue further education are solely responsible for meeting any prerequisite courses or additional requirements set by the graduate or professional programs to which they are applying. It is the student’s responsibility to research, prepare, and complete all steps required for the application and admission process of the graduate or professional school of their choice.

    4. Transfer Credit Policy (required)

CTC does not guarantee that credits earned through CTC will be accepted by other colleges, universities, or programs. Each institution sets its own credit transfer policies and acceptance guidelines. Additionally, CTC assumes no responsibility for the credit acceptance policies or academic guidelines established by any university that CTC works in coordination with. Students are encouraged to consult directly with any institution to which they may wish to transfer credits or apply coursework.

    5. Exam Retake (required)

Students who do not achieve a passing grade of 70% in a course will be permitted to retake the course after a minimum period of 3 months. The course must be retaken at the current per-credit rate in effect at the time of re-enrollment, and it is the student’s responsibility to pay all applicable fees for the retaken course.

    6. Transcript Request Disclaimer (required)

No student may request, order, or obtain transcripts while their degree program is still in progress. Additionally, no transcripts may be requested or issued after completion of the program without the knowledge and consent of CTC staff. Any attempt to obtain transcripts in violation of this policy is strictly prohibited and may result in dismissal from the program

    7. Code of Conduct Academic Integrity (required)

Any student found to have engaged in plagiarism and/or cheating on an exam will forfeit both the course fee and any credits associated with that course. The student will receive an automatic grade of "F" for the exam and will be required to re-enroll in and pay for an equivalent course in order to satisfy program requirements. No refunds will be issued by CTC under these circumstances. Additionally, the student may be subject to dismissal from the CTC program without refund, depending on the severity of the violation.
